1. General Policy

We provide digital software products and IT services for local labs. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the software license/credentials have been delivered to the customer via email.

2. Cancellation

Customers can cancel their software subscription renewal at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

3. Refunds

We offer a strict 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee if the software fails to perform the core functions as advertised, or if there is a critical technical failure that our support team cannot resolve.

• Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind after the software has been deployed and used.
• To request a refund, customers must email us with their transaction ID and the exact technical issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

4. Returns

As our products are digital software licenses, physical returns are not applicable.
